| Alpha REX
It is the Humanoid that is made from the samples in Lego Mindstorm NXT 2.0 basic kit.Its name is 'Alpha Rex'. It can walk, dance, turn, listen, touch and avoid obstacles on its path.
| NXT power supply.
This is a method to power the Lego NXT brick using a power supply, (No batteries). The circuit consists of 100VAC to 9VDC, 1.5A adapter and DC voltage regulator circuit using 7809. This method can be used in cases when NXT brick is stationed at one place or while testing the programs of the NXT. Helps to avoid the use of batteries, Green and cheap method that can be used. :)

LEGO Mindstorms NXT 2.0: Alpha Rex code
This is a very small segment of code that sets up Alpha Rex's movement and reactions. In this segment, you can see the two sound tiles separated by a 0.5 second wait tile. This is where it says 'Green Please' and then waits for a ball to be placed in its hands. Depending on the color, Alpha Rex will either drop the ball where he stands (red, yellow, or blue) or walk forward several steps before dropping the ball (green).

SamplePrograms.zip - This zip contains several sample programs for the NXT. Compass2.nbc demonstrates reading data from the new HiTechnic compass sensor.
