Panzer General 3D Assault Review Though the 3D graphics can occasionally lead to command and control problems, the game is based on a good underlying system. Panzer General II took the original conception of Panzer General that was released in Panzer General for PC and completely reworked the formula. Now battles take place on a smaller scale, with 3D units popping out of watercolor maps to overrun all in their path.
